Dr. Vijaya Chintala is board certified in Internal Medicine and has been practicing since 2005. She graduated with an M.B.B.S degree from Gandhi Medical College, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. She moved to the United States to after she got married. She completed her residency in internal medicine at the Charleston Area Medical Center, West Virginia University in 2005. She worked as a Hospitalist at the same facility for 2 years before relocating to Dallas. She practiced medicine as a Hospitalist at the Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital for 10 years before starting her own private practice. Dr. Chintala strives to achieve excellence in patient care and taking care of the whole person. She takes the time to get to know each patient personally and understand their needs and problems. Her goal is the overall well-being of her patients. Dr. Chintala lives in Coppell with her two children and husband. She loves to cook, enjoys spending time with family, crafts, reading and giving back to the community.
